Change of Mind
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds for change of mind once a product has been opened.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@agwewellness.com. Our team will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
